1.cut fabric in this form . this part is for back
2.than cut fabric in this form . this part is for chest
saw the first part and second part by lines that are shown thicker
3. and than cut fabric in this form . this part is for neck (this part is optional )
4. put velcro on spots A , B, C , D , EF .
you will get something like this.
